I am a recent graduate from Point Loma Nazarene University, where I obtained a degree in Multimedia Journalism with an emphasis in writing. The art of pen to paper has always been my form of self expression. Whether it be writing news stories or long-form features, being able to inform others through words is very special to me.

Storytelling has been a love of mine since I was young; from writing my own short stories to being fascinated by my dad making up stories to put me to sleep. I am passionate about shedding light on unheard stories and have strong interests in written, documentary and audio journalism. I have specific interest in documenting stories centered around multiracial studies and hope to advocate and educate in future endeavors.

Along with journalism, I have a strong passion for digital marketing and content creation. In my current role, I actively prioritize how to reach audiences through strong research skills, content writing and social media management for digital marketing landscapes.
